Order Processing
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled the next business day.

U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders under 2 lbs. For orders between 2 lbs and 5 lbs, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies. While delivery times vary by location, standard shipping typically averages 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping
We now offer international shipping to most countries, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier. To provide a seamless experience, all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

International Safety & Compliance
Feeding Friendzies are safety tested and compliant with United States CPSIA regulations. By purchasing for international delivery, you acknowledge that you are importing this product for personal use. International customers are responsible for ensuring the product meets the specific regulatory, safety, or labeling requirements of their home country before purchase.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@feedingfriendzies.shop to obtain a return authorization.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
